Covid-19 is back with a vengeance and the state of Florida is ground zero for the pandemic surge. One out of every 2000 Floridians has been hospitalized with the virus, but the state’s Governor Ron DeSantis is more concerned with playing to his MAGA followers than the well-being of Florida’s residents. He has refused to mandate masks in schools despite the fact that Florida’s school age children are now a key target of the Covid-19 virus. European papers are calling DeSantis “The Pied Piper leading [Florida] off a cliff.” While he should have done it sooner President Biden finally chastised DeSantis telling Republican governors “to get out of the way” of increased state measures to curb the Covid-19 pandemic. And on another front, an investigation into Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo found that he sexually harassed multiple current and former state government employees, announced state Attorney General Letitia James. Will Cuomo resign or face impeachment? Time will tell. And what about Conman Trump’s attempted coup? There’s more news on that front. Let’s get started.

Nearly 75% of all Americans agree that they disagree with Donald Trump and his Republican governors who think “there are more important things than life,” and it’s time for America to go back to work. And though you might not have noticed it, there is an election going on. Trump has his daily campaign rallies disguised as Covid-19 briefings, but Democratic Party presumed nominee Joe Biden might be benefiting from those rallies, much to Trump’s chagrin.
